Liverpool agree £8m Andy Robertson deal

Hull City left back Andy Robertson will have a medical tomorrow (Thursday) ahead of a proposed move to Liverpool.

The clubs have agreed a fee of £8m, possibly rising to £10m, for the Scotland international.

Midfielder James Milner was Liverpool’s first-choice left back last season, and the club is happy to let Alberto Moreno leave this summer.

Robertson will become Liverpool’s third signing of the summer if he completes the deal after Mohamed Salah and Dominic Solanke signed earlier this month.

The 23-year-old has made 115 appearances for Hull City since joining from Scottish Premiership side Dundee United in 2014.
