Juventus scored two goals in the space of five minutes to take the lead. First, Federico Bernardeschi played in Gonzalo Higuain to level.
Then, Cristiano Ronaldo gave Juventus the lead when he curled the ball into the right side of the net after a good pass from Mattia De Sciglio.
Lucas Moura levelled the score just five minutes later. A superb long pass from £53m signing Tanguy Ndombele found the Brazilian unmarked in the box to fire past Wojciech Szczesny.
With the game heading to penalties, the ball fell to Kane in the centre circle and he spotted the former Arsenal goalkeeper off his line before launching the ball into the net from 50 yards.
