Brentford have allowed two players to leave on loan to Championship clubs on Deadline Day.

Central defender Charlie Goode has joined Sheffield United while striker Marcus Forss has joined Hull City.

Both deals will run until the end of the season.

Goode has made eight appearances for the Bees this season and has found his opportunities at the Brentford Community Stadium limited.

“We are delighted to bring in Charlie,” Sheffield United boss Paul Heckingbottom said.

“He offers us good competition in an area of the pitch where we are a little light. He has good experience, including at the top level, and will be comfortable in a number of positions across the back line, whether we play with three or four at the back.”

Forss has made 12 appearances for the Bees this season and scored four goals in their EFL Cup clash against Oldham in September. He netted 10 times last season as Brentford gained promotion to the Premier League.

The striker joins with Hull City currently sitting in 17th in the Championship table.
