Elsewhere, Hamilton Academical kickstarted their League Cup campaign by beating Clyde 3-1, Arbroath thrashed Stirling Albion 6-1 and St Mirren and a late Oan Djorkaeff goal gave St Mirren a 1-0 win over Edinburgh City.
