Scarlets batter Glasgow Warriors to qualify for Pro14 final
Scarlets have beaten Glasgow Warriors 28-13 to progress to the Pro14 play-off final.
The reigning champions raced into a 21-3 lead before adding another score. Late Glasgow tries from Jonny Gray and Nick Grigg kept the score respectable.
Rhys Patchell, Gareth Davies and Rob Evans all scored tries in the first half, with Finn Russell’s penalty the only reply for Glasgow.
Ken Owens extended the lead in the 48th minute after Grigg was sin-binned before Gray and Grigg added Glasgow’s only tries late on.
Scarlets will play either Leinster or Munster in the final next weekend. They meet tomorrow afternoon.
