Leicester Tigers’ slim hopes of progressing to the European Rugby Champions Cup are over after being thrashed 39-0 by Top 14 side Castres Olympique.

Fly-half Benjamin Urdapilleta got the scoreboard rolling when he crossed in the first minute before adding six more points with the boot.

Thomas Combezou then scored two tries before halftime.
