Dominic Inglot, Franco Skugor win Libema Open doubles

British doubles specialist Dominic Inglot and teammate Franco Skugor have won the Libema Open after a straight-sets victory over Raven Klaasen and Michael Venus.

The third seeds took 88 minutes to dispatch their second-seed opponents 7-6 (7-3) 7-5 to earn Inglot his third ATP title in the space of two months.

There was just one break-point during an opening set that went to serve throughout with Klaasen and Venus holding serve when under pressure in the seventh game.

Inglot and Skugor raced towards a 4-1 lead in the tie-break, though, before prevailing 7-3.

The second set was another close one. Inglot and Skugor were broken in the opening game but levelled at 2-2.

There were no more breaks until the very end. Inglot and Skugor lead 15-40 with Klaasen and Venus serving to stay in the match before winning match point at the second attempt.

Inglot won the Hungarian Open with Skugor in April before winning the Istanbul Open with Robert Lindstedt last month.
