Carlos Carvalhal to leave Swansea City
Manager Carlos Carvalhal will leave Swansea City at the end of the season.
Swansea must beat Stoke City on Sunday and must hope Southampton are beaten heavily by Manchester City if they are to avoid relegation to the Championship.
Carvalhal joined Swansea on December 28 last year but has led them to a run of eight games without a win.
The 52-year-old was out of contract in the summer and the club have decided to look elsewhere.
