Wimbledon: Roger Federer knocks out Cameron Norrie in third round

British number two Cameron Norrie is out of Wimbledon after losing to Roger Federer.

The 25-year-old managed to take a set off the former world number one but it was Federer who triumphed 6-4 6-4 5-7 6-4.

Norrie kept pace with Federer at the start of the opening set but was broken to love at 3-3 as Federer took the lead.

Federer was again dominant on his serve in the second to hold off the world number 34 but Norrie did force a fourth set when he saved two break points before winning the deciding game.

But Federer was back on top to seal the win in two hours and 36 minutes. The pair traded breaks in the fourth set before Federer won three games in a row to confirm his place in the fourth round.
