The British-Brazilian pair came from behind to level but eventually lost out 4-6 7-5 4-6.

Just one break separated the teams in the opener, coming in the third game before Murray and Soares came back in the second and broke in the final game to level the match.

Gonzalez and Jarry held serve throughout the deciding set, saving two break points, and a break to make it 3-2 was the deciding factor.

They will play Calvin Hemery and Stephane Robert in the third round.
