England have gone top of the ICC One-Day International world rankings, replacing India who drop to second.

It is the first time England have been top of the world rankings since 2013, and move up despite not playing an ODI for two months.

In the latest update, the 2014-15 season, where England won just seven of 25 ODIs, has been excluded from the calculations. Since then, England have triumphed in 41 out of 63 matches under captain Eoin Morgan and head coach Trevor Bayliss.

The team have won their past six one-day series and reached the semi-final of the 2017 Champions Trophy.

England host Pakistan in a two-match Test series at the end of May, before a five-match one-day series against Australia in June.

Latest ICC One-Day International rankings:

1. England

4. New Zealand
5. Australia
6. Pakistan
7. Bangladesh
